Grilled to a nice char while still retaining the moist and tender texture of the meat. This is a rather interesting dish that we had for the first time. We have never eaten Orzo before but the Chef had made a nice combination of ingredient used for this dish which is cooked using an in-house made broth topped with Italian Sausage and olives. It was indeed a nice tummy soothing dish to kick start the festivities.

The hand toss pizza comes with beef salami, onion rings, tomato paste, mozzarella cheese, egg and chili flakes. We love the texture of the thin layered crust and the taste is pretty good.
